My Almanac collection of folklore screenprints reflects my love of celebration, coupled with a fascination with folklore and mythology. I have selected key dates in the wheel of the year as my starting point for this pink, yellow and blue folklore screenprint. Growing up my family would always throw a Midsummer party for our neighbours. I was in charge of decorations, making paper lanterns and carving patterns into watermelons. They were beautiful evenings, celebrating coming together, sharing food, drinks and music. Somehow I have memories of glorious sunny days, although I grew up in the North East of England! This colourful pink, yellow and blue contemporary screenprint will bring some colourful Midsummer magic into your home.
